How much does it cost?

Engagements can be flexible based on you and your needs as well as evolve over time. The most common engagement is a $3,000 flat retainer a month.

This includes two one-hour synchronous meetings per month and unlimited access outside of that. This access includes phone, text, email, collaboration on work products, and networking help. Anything you need, basically.

Most of my clients have secured this budget through personal and leadership development budgets at their companies.
